A friend has been hounding me to try over the top chili. I finally caved and decided today I was going to try it. Season a meat log however you like. Put a grate over your chili and put it on the pellet grill and set it to 250 degrees. Let the chili catch the drippings until the meat log is done. Crumble the meat into the chili. I’ll be making chili this way from now on.
