That's a good way to end the year! Nice haul2024 went out with a bang! My son and I spent the afternoon in a blind with some amazing people, enjoying some incredible decoying action. Boss 2 3/4” #4s out of a 20 and 12 worked just fine.

What is your process time ? I use a pressure canner for venison : 10 lbs. for 75 minutes - 16 pint jars at a time.Cubed up 48 duck and goose breasts and canned them. I opened a can this morning and had a couple pieces, kind of tastes like roast beef. I’ll wait 24-48 hours to see if I die from food poisoning, if not, I’ll have some more.

Pressure canning? Hadn't thought of that, need to try it, need to find a way to eat goose or I'll stop huntimg them.
We are at around 500’ above sea level. Maybe thats the difference in required weight and time ?15 lbs. for 90 minutes.
