Opinions ?

For most hunting shows, it is all about viewers, it is not about the adventure, the process, the work, the scouting, the frustration. For most hunting host they fly to the outfitter, eat gourmet cuisine in the lodge, show me the trophy, get some sponsor shots using their products (even if they don't work) tell me when to shoot. Its a wrap. move on to the next. show.
Who is the bigger idiot them for doing it, or me for watching it?
 
I think the most important thing is a good clean kill. Everyone should know what that range is for them. 95% of my bowhunting is in thick woods so 40 yards would be a long shot for me, most of my shots are 10-25 yards.
