Kenetrek Boots

Old Bull

He had only his two Ivories on his upper jaw, NO teeth at all! His lower Jaw had only his front six teeth and that is all. NO Molars at all in his mouth. So in total, Six front teeth and two Ivories in his mouth to chew with! Crazy huh?!?!?

So if I’m understanding correctly the teethe just physically weren’t there, or were they there and worn down to the gum line?

What a unique animal - congrats

The teeth were not there. Gone. Nada. Zilch. Zero. Thought I was being clear on that when I said:

I was just making sure I understood exactly what you were saying. My guess is this is a genetic defect and not old age. Teeth don't fall out of an elk, they wear down to the gumline. Also, the antlers don't really reflect a truly old animal.

Nice unique trophy, and I'm guessing the injured antler that grew in front of his face very much affected his behaviours and were likely a big contributor to him not fully rubbing his velvet off.

Possibility I suppose.
