@jryoung That is such a Californian meal.Steamed prawns tossed in kimchee juice with mixed salad and micro greens....paying the piper for the holiday binge.
I had cold noodles and caribou meatballs. Thought I’d have an opportunity to microwave it but got stuck on the train a little too long.

@jryoung The is such a Californian meal.
Kokanee with lemon pepper, Idaho baked potatoes, and a green salad.
I don't know if you could get a more Idaho meal than that.
Sounds good! Next time try topping the halibut with a peach mango salsa and pair it with a bottle of this......
You sound like a chicken fried steak eater to me.Call me crazy, but I never understood peach mango salsa. The sweet fruit taste throws off the flavor of what I think salsa should taste like.
Also, someone cooked me mango salsa salmon once, I thought it was disgusting. Removed the salsa and poured on the Johnny's to drown out the flavor.
But other people like it, so I must be the crazy one
Haha well I wouldn't turn one down if you were offering! You sound like a chicken fried steak eater to me.
