Officer shoots driver w his own gun

Well, you did just open it and it shows a pretty stupid and ignorant attitude.
We had to lower our firearms qualifications in the department that I was in because 3 women couldn't pass it. Nationwide they've also lowered physical abilities tests for hiring and law enforcement academies because women weren't passing them. Trust me, it's not a stupid and ignorant attitude. When you have to lower a "standardized test", just so you can say that you hired X-amount of women...it gets dangerous.

This may stir the pot...but I'm just going to say it. I don't agree with women working in law enforcement. I did it for five years and worked with maybe two that I would trust to help me out in a situation. It got to the point that if we were clearing a house and we were in a stack, I would have the female officer in front of me because I honestly felt like I would get shot in the back. They aren't as physically capable as men when dealing with combative subjects. Also, at no fault of their own, they use emotion over logic when dealing with hectic situations.
I’m 15 years in and I do not see an appreciable difference between the sexes in capability of handling crises and hands-on situations. Of the hundreds of coworkers and associates I’ve got to know over the years my #1 pick to help me in a crisis is a female. If I made a top ten “best of the best” team, eight of the the remaining nine are males. However, my bottom 100 “worst of the worst” list is about 85% males. That is with females comprising 28% of jailers/CO’s and 16% of cops.

On the whole, female brains work differently than male brains. Males tend to be more decisive, focused, and commit to an action taken. Women tend to be more deliberate, thoughtful, cautious, consider the whole situation, and continually re-evaluate actions after committing to them. The assets of each compliment one another to form more competent execution than either skill-set alone. The best team is a diverse team that plays to the strengths of the individuals comprising it.

“The incident resulted in new policy from the sheriff's office about how to deal with encounters where someone is legally armed, according to the internal affairs report. Now, officers should not seize a firearm if a person is lawfully carrying it, according to the report.”
Good for them.

No, I was never interested in that as a career, though the thought I was biologically incapable of it never crossed my mind.
*here comes the sarcasm*

Did it never cross your mind because your brain, as a woman, is smaller, therefore inferior to male brains? I hear it makes yall inferior at math and science as well.

Also, women’s feet are smaller, making you more physically adapted to standing closer to the kitchen sink.
