I don't know anyone selling, but a few more months of lockdown with the spectre of more home schooling this fall and the market may blow wide open.

My first bighorn hunt was a rocky mountain ewe here in Colo as a 2nd choice (resident) back in about 2003 in a rough unit. 2nd choice meant I kept my points for eventual archery ram tag I drew a couple years later in 2005, and then again in 2019
Fun solo backpack hunt for the ewe, and successful, learned a bit about sheep in the effort. Definitely would do again if could pull a tag 2nd choice. A lot rarer these days.
A non reside t can draw ewe pretty easy with a point or so but sure is expensive. Same story with Cow moose, easy nonres draw for someone jonesing to hunt a moose.
