Schmalts what you describe sounds similar to the little known and less understood Medicaid claw back for people 55+ at 129% of Federal Poverty Level or below who are required to enroll in Medicaid. Read this.Nemont, is it not true that any subsidy you get in Obamacare is tracked for your life by the IRS and when you die they will take all of it back out of your estate before your family gets it?
