I'm betting that he had lawful custody and SHE fled the country with the kid. So an order returning the child to enforce the original judgment is certainly not unreasonable.

Mom can go back over there and make her argument in court.

These types of things happen a lot and whether it is a parent fleeing a state or a country, the only option is to go with the original order.

P.S. I agree that Molloy is an idiot but this is custody law 101.

Lots of male Ukrainian citizens breaking Ukraines conscription laws, guess we need to start rounding them up………
