Mono-metal bullets really shine in the accuracy department when they're pushed as fast as possible. For myself, I've found that with same weight bullets and powder charges, I typically get around 100fps more out of the Barnes TTSX, compared to a Nosler BT or AB.Why would that be the question?
Yeah but any of the major centerfire cartridges are pushing the TTSX fast enough for good expansion.the harder the projectile the less they expand, speed helps
Steve is on a plane right now, but when he is back at the shop you can give him a call. I know it was in the works to offer loaded ammo. Don't know if they got it all worked out yet or not. mtmuleyDo I have to reload to use hammers? Or does anyone sell loaded cartridges?
Well my family has been knocking them down with fords for decades! I bought a toyota a few years back and havent tagged a single one...junkToyota
Hammers are always available. mtmuleyThe Hammers are usually available.
Unknownmunitions and Pendleton Ammunition will load hammers from what I’ve seen. Custom ammo sites so a little spendy. I’ve only ever bought reloading stuff from Unknown so can’t really comment if the ammo is any good for either. Have seen good reviews of Unknown.Do I have to reload to use hammers? Or does anyone sell loaded cartridges?
