No quota area

So I have a hunt booked this September with an outfitter in the no quota zone and I was planning on getting my tag online today but I got to the part where you put your firearm safety number in and it asked for hunt area number? Is there zones in the no-quota area? I called the dnr but kept getting put on hold.

I think they still have hunt area numbers. There should be a map on the dnr website.

Actually looks like I'm wrong... Maybe there is a code for no quota area as a whole?
