It's occurred to me that I should probably have a backup elk rifle for this winter.
Primary will be my 38-56 Improved lever action I built.
My 300 needs a new stock and scope bases.
308 needs the barrel cut and ported, suppressor made (yes I have a license), trigger, and stock.
I know which one will be cooler, and which will be more economical. What say you?
