New Zealand hunting

I am heading over to Australia next October. Red Stag has always been on my bucket list but its the wrong time of year so looks like I will be hunting something else. Looking at some suggestions on outfitters that any of you have used.

Anybody have any suggestions?

I would recommend bringing a fly rod if that's something you're into. If you visit the South Island, I could provide some information on a couple rivers I fished that were phenomenal. I could go to New Zealand and spend the entire time fly fishing. I couldn't believe the size of brown trout in tiny streams that would hit large stimulator patterns on the surface. A place I hope to get back to someday.

Carmor Plains/Matt Kelman. I took a croc, pig, and water Buffalo in 2011 with them. Not sure if they are still operating as they may have sold but highly recommend.
