New USFWS Director

Maybe all the import madness will come to a halt. He had nothing to do with it but they’re issuing CITES permits for Argali from Central Asia as of this week.
Had a call this morning that included a discussion about how that might be affected. Seems that someone who was working on that issue is working remotely...which isn't allowed any more.

I've heard him described as the 'best of the worst choices' and in my view it could certainly be worse. He is at least very experienced and very familiar with hot button topics: Grizz, wolves, etc. He is definitely a politician.

A couple weeks in here, thank the last administration for that. You going to tell me you're upset about DOGE next?
There is a right way, and a wrong way to go about things. I'll let you guess which way this one is. It's not uncommon for people who have no clue what they are doing, to cover up that fact and even double down or try to distract their boss/customers. If you've ever had poor performing employees, you would know this.

tell us more about how your enjoying every minute of people being laid off.
Sure, I'm for less government. I'd rather see a balanced budget and fiscally responsible politicians as do most Americans hence why Trump got elected. I have no issues with people that work for the government or chose that as a career path. Two things can be true at the same time. I can respect those that work for the government and want the united states to run a more efficient operation.

Trum is doing what he campaigned on. Happy to see him work hard for the Americans who voted for him based on the policies he campaigned on.

Can you tell me why an operation wouldn't have a layoff is it found there was wasteful irresponsible spending? I've worked in operations my entire career. Been on both sides of a layoff. Happens often in the private industry. No one really sheds a tear for the folks impacted by it.

There's a "right way" to expose corruption? Tell me more?

Do a little research (it won't take you long) and find out when was the last time we had a balanced budget (surplus, even) and massive government restructuring - and yes, layoffs - occurred. Might surprise you. Shock you, even.
