This is it. OxyCottin makes it tolerable. Just having a problem with the thigh muscle not firing caused by the spinal block. Hopefully with the PT and some pain it will fire up, walking with the cane today. My goal , be able to ride April 1st to SC for opening day turkey season.

Good luck my friend! Save your strength to use one of those awesome calls on a bird! Hope you feel better and hopefully you'll be running around in no time.

The zipper looks familiar Dave...stick to the program, mind your doc. It get's better.

Best thing I ever did. Delayed it too long.

You will be amazed.

Didn't give me Oxycontin. Would have kicked my ass. Surprisingly, it really was not that painful. I still have pills left from my surgery a year ago.

Congratulations on a wise decision!!

I've got one of those! Now, I'm 5 weeks out - getting better every day. Good luck and keep the faith!

Pretty sure I have a staple puller here somewhere. Dang!
I had my ACL done in '99 it didn't look anything like those two. Follow the PT advice to the letter and you'll be back out chasing 'em in no time.

Hope both of you recovery well. I am sure you will be like new shortly.

What did you have done? Knee replacement or other?
