Wow, I would love to have your tag and hunt for the bull I saw in unit 12 last year while I was pronghorn hunting. Send me a PM and I will tell you where he was. And yes, it was on public land that you can access. Not sure if he will be there in rifle season, but if he made it through the seasons last year, he is a lunker.
