Im in QC/STV area

East Valley is basically anything east of the 101 ie Gilbert, Mesa, Chandler even Tempe.

Queen Creek and San Tan Valley are North Tucson.

Where bouts in Nv?
I have family out that way and have been looking for opportunities to hunt but even they say to steer clear.

Any thoughts on NR hunting opportunities?

Chukar, Deer, Elk would be my go to

You're family is mostly correct, re: hunting opportunities for NR although Nevada is a bonus point state. There's always a chance to draw an elk tag but the odds are pretty slim. You can draw an archery deer tag every few years though. I've been pretty lucky. I've drawn a cow and bull tag in only 5 years of applying. (Archery)

Chukar? I only hunted them once. Every other time has been for revenge. I have to drive about 3 hours now. It used to be I could hunt them right here in the valley but not any more.
