New 30-06. Thinking about trying copper.

Yes sir Don, agree. Hornady IL have always been "tougher" than Speers and most Sierras. I like the Hornadys for practice loads to ass they mimic every Partition or Barnes I ever loaded. Amazing to me. I never had luck getting the Interbonds to shoot well in the only two calibers I tried them in. 7mm and 30cal. The 139gr SSTs I shot in the Hornady LM 7mm/08 were pretty soft. Fine for deer and such. Of course, this was around 2004, they may have toughened them up. I really like the flat base Speer Hot Cors too. Merry Christmas pard! :)
