Need info on MT elk, units 385 and 621,622

To those folks saying there isn't much for elk in 621/622, are you guys there hunting elk or deer? I'm going to be bowhunting, maybe better during archery season?
MtMiller: Are you hunting them close to the river? Do you know of an area that requires extensive hiking in there? We love to put some distance between us and the roads.

apperently you have not hunted the breaks much it is all walking or rowing as for the elk that is a big goose egg and the dear are few and far between even during archery.

I think most of the post were giving you some crap, most guys are not real open to giving out free info on there hunting holes. The areas of 621/622 have elk and you can find them on the islands all the way out to and including the sage brush flats. Put the time and miles in and you should see some elk. Good luck.
