Ollin Magnetic Digiscoping System

Name that cartridge!

Not really a "name that cartridge," because I have no idea what it is. Found this over a year ago at a range, if I remember correctly it was a Creedmoor case. The only thing I can figure is..... well, I have no idea what happened here. The pic was still on my phone and this thread reminded me. Any ideas, mutant wildcat, freak accident???

That’s the new top secret 6.5 HUSH. The cartridge equivalent of ears tucked into a flat bill.

Or maybe they tried to fire it in a .308?

That is a weird one. Not sure how you could shoot in the wrong chamber and get that crisp of a shoulder, unless the shoulder was set like that. I'm guessing they used a 6.5pcc reamer set/fishinsh the shoulder?

looks like maybe a rechamber gone awry.

Well, I have two more guesses to throw out there.

How about .22-15 Stevens? Another cartridge I've never even seen.
You’re incredible close to the actual head stamp.

.22-15-60 UMC

I actually found one of these in the field and had to research what it was.

Stock google photo as I can’t find the actual cartridge at the moment.
