Yay for more lady hunters! Hope you all have a great time.
I am very lucky. My wife hunts and fishes. Vacation planning becomes "arguments" of walleyes in Canada, whitetails in Ontario, elk in the west, waterfowl in Saskatchewan, etc. This year she has a bull elk tag in Utah, while I'll have a cow tag there. She prefers to hunt with her muzzleloader, but the Utah hunt will be rifle this year. She has quite a list of big game taken : elk, whitetails (usually bigger than mine - and makes for a LONG winter of hearing about it), caribou, and piles of waterfowl.
That's good stuff right there, John! My wife cooks the heck out of our game. She pushes me to get our freezer filled... She loves to set camp and spend a couple days though hunting? Naaa.
