JCS, Yes we did get into the burn area. With all the rain there is a lot of grass coming back up, but there were a lot of deer but very few elk. I did post about the burn area previuosly with pictures on facebook.

My bow does have a Montana black gold sight, but it is probably 10 years or more old. I upgraded my bow last year after missing a 6x6 but didn't have to funds to upgrade the sight to the black gold I want.
