I was just gonna post this one , Growing up in Alaska and playing hockey my whole childhood I can’t remember how many times back in the 80s we watched SLAPSHOT with Paul Newman and that’s the first time I heard this song as it was part of the soundtrack and it stuck with me all these years. thank you, this post took me back in time and certainly brought back some wonderful memories . My husband and I were fortunate enough to meet Elvis in Las Vegas and when we met, he was with Tom Jones. We went to one of Tom Jones shows at the Flamingo and --if I might intrude upon Harleys good nature one more, I would appreciate you posting Tom Jones Green Green Grass of Home
