Why take the handgun? You're carrying a rifle, that will do more for you than a handgun against anything you're worried about.
Ditch the flashlights, take a headlamp and extra batteries. Flashlights are useless when your hands are full.
Paracord to hang quarters.
I always take a 12"x12"x1" piece of dense foam for a butt pad when I'm glassing, sure beats sitting on my skinny butt on rocky ground for hours.
Carry PLENTY of water, or have means to filter and fill up throughout the day. You will need to drink way more than you think to stay hydrated at altitude.
If there hasn't been any real cold weather yet, I'll carry a couple bug repellant wipes just in case.
TP, TP, TP!
Orange hat and/or beanie.
Gaiters, even if there isn't snow. Tall, wet grass and brush will soak you through
Learn the CO regs, you may have to have the head checked for CWD, leave evidence of sex attached, etc.
