I would definitely put CFS with a nice white gravy at the top of my list. Then:Surprised not to see chicken fried steak. Guess that shows the depth of your knowledge on the subject.
Except you can answer that honestly without changing your mind mid-answer.This is a lot like when my kids ask who their favorite is.
The kids or the meat?Except you can answer that honestly without changing your mind mid-answer.
So the music topic has us discussing the best foods over breakfast. We quickly realized that all of our favorite foods are meat. Here’s my top 4.
1.Bacon
2.Steak (Beef Ribeye)
3.Elk Back Strap
4.Smoked Ribs (pork)
Positions 2-4 can be argued, but if you don’t think bacon is #1, I will fight you.
Ok, ok, but I just still haven't gotten over the fact that we elected someone who puts ketchup on well-done steak..
Nailed it.
1. Beef Steak Quality Ribeyes or New Yorks
2. Ground Chuck Burgers Medium about 1.5 inches thick
3. Elk or Antelope Backstrap marinated in Buttermilk for 24hrs. Medium Rare.
4. Smoked Brisket
5. Beef Tenderloins Seared
6. BACON
7. OSSO BUCCO
8. Smoked Ribs
9. Pulled Pork
10. Marinated Flat Iron.....
Grouper is awesome, can be cooked so many ways.Groupers good eating huh? That prehistoric behemoth doesn’t appear palatable. Can’t judge a book, I suppose…

I think it’s a whole other mountain. So are we including seafood or is that another Rushmore? ‘Cause I don’t see any mention of Lobster yet. And, yeah, I capitalized it
