Nothing down. Mine's a VA. I'm sure my closing costs will be rolled into the loan, but I don't know what they will be yet.

I just closed on a five year ARM at 2.5%, no points, and $1,400 in closing costs in SE Wisconsin.

I have .918% in points for the 2.375% with closing cost rolled into the new loan.

Refinancing a mortgage helps you save a lot on interest payments by reducing the loan term or the amount of the monthly payment.

But the person you are accusing of being a bot already has over 4200 posts - so that really doesn't make sense.

What should have caught our attention is that the "lets talk about reverse mortgages" post is that "persons" very first post, and contains a link to an outside web site and is very clearly just someone trying to get clicks and business.

Lol, the actual bot was booted and his post removed. I wasn't accusing @duckhunt of being a bot it was sean00...
