I know we have all seen or heard of various moratoriums on issues. In my part of Nebraska there is a moratorium in place that prohibits any more well drilling b/c there are waaaay too many pivots and the ground water is disappearing. What I am looking for is any sort of moratorium on cutting trees in urban areas. Has anyone heard of any like this?
