I had that happen to me when I was small. went to walk out the door to go to school
and hear was this cow moose standing on our porch licking at the salt that we had put down for the snow.Scared the pee out of me I was all of about 7 at the time
all I remember was just how very, very big she was and just how small I was.
She must not have thought I was much of a threat because after about 2 min. she turned and headed for our hay stack next to the horse corral...
Sure scared me though ...... lol

Seriously though, It's amaising how sometimes animals can act jsut like pets and other time you better not even look at them out of the corner of your eye.

Cool pics, Moose are sharp critters. Here is one hanging out on Highway 2 in north central MT from last summer. Not exactly moose habitat.
