This is new. The Sunriver Game range and the rest of them I guess, require a conservation/fishing license to access the land even to shed hunt. I was just there, as well as the Willow Creek boat ramp. It is replacing the "State use permit". Check it out all the fwp access areas require it as well as ANY State lands.

According to the website, only a conservation license is required to access state lands. A fishing license is required only if fishing.

If you have a fishing license, you already have your conservation license.

Yes, you only need the conservation license.
Yes, it started last year but they were calling it an "Informational" year this year I think they will be issuing tickets.
Still have to have it, all the Fishing access there are signs on all the outhouses. Most of the normal access points on state lands have the signs too.
Just a heads up not debating.

Previously you could purchase the State Lands Permit online and buy a family permit. Now each family member will need their own conservation license.
