FWP alters hunter special drawings for 2 seasons without notifying public; system being audited
Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks altered how it conducted special drawings for hunters last year and this year but never notified the public of the change.
Don’t know if this has been posted.
The sad thing about this is it’s just not the licensing department that is struggling to adapt to changes.
