They over drew more sheep tags than oregon will issue this year.

FWP is going to catch a lot of shit for this, and rightfully so. That said, I'm pleasantly surprised that they're taking the tags back and not just letting it slide by over-issuing, as they've done so often recently.

I say fire the whole department less one to manage the contract and outsource the whole system to a third party consultant. Government self performance is not working here anymore.

In my mind the only fair thing to do is pull those extra tags from this years hunts but allow them to hunt next year and lower the quotas accordingly..... if they can remember to adjust the quotas BEFORE the draw.
