Mattress:MondoKing 3D vs NeoAir Camper SV

Any one have experience with these 2 mattresses?

At first I was leaning toward the Mondo King but it is big, does not pack down well at all. Most camping will be car camping but some backpacking mixed in.

I am now leaning toward the NeoAir Camper but not sure the 100% air mattress will be as nice as the foam one.

I don't own either but both of the ones you're interested in are really heavy so I'd go with the Neoair Camper if you're willing to carry extra weight. If I'm car camping I'll just sleep on some extra blankets (maybe some of those green wool surplus) and skip the pad.

I'll argue that you'll probably like the NeoAir Xlite which does the same but at nearly half the weight and packs up smaller for backpacking

I had looked at those but I tend to move around a lot when I sleep, and can't stand a mummy bag. So I pictured myself rolling right off a pad that small right away.
