You can see what we are up against over here.
WH Smith have taken the decision to ban the sale of shooting publications to any kid under the age of 14, they state it is because a kid cant shoot until that age.
I remember when i was 10 years old making my own bow and arrow (now also banned in the UK) and killing a bunny, after that i got a air rifle, and started reading about hunting and this helped me build my interest in hunting, they must have some form of well placed anti hunting people within their ranks to get this through.
Not sure if you can sign a petition in the UK but here it is

And here is the link to the newspaper story which broke the news.

Sadly, the UK seems to be full of tree hugging dickheads, a sign of the times in your country, keep fighting the ban mate, at some stage common sense has to come to the fore.

Richard, one of our founding fathers, Thomas Paine, wrote in 1776 that; "Tyranny, like hell, is not easily conquered". This is in a way tyranny against a way of life and tradition which goes very far back in history and provided a seed for the same way of life in our country. The best place to start turning it around is in the polls, after having educated the public; if that's at all possible.
I ran into the same animal rights mentality when I went over for a week of bird shooting a few years back, as my friend's sister learned of the purpose of my visit. The heated verbal exchange which followed did nothing to change her mind, but instead drove a wedge into our friendship. So be it!
