NR with max convoluted points (150?), submitted my one chance early as usual. The one good thing about this system is I don't have to be concerned with overlapping hunts due to the tag swap deal. Anyone know if any more of the NR quota was pissed away to outfitter welfare this year? I don't bother to keep up any more.
