This song was popular in the winter of '85/'86, the same winter I found out I had cancer. My wife was pregnant with our second child and initially the doctor said I had 6 months to a year. While the song seems to be about a couple who had compatibility issues and the relationship finally ends, one line stating that 'no time is a good time for goodbye' really hit us. Still a song that carries a punch and a lot of memories.
