So so sorry for your loss. My thoughts are with you and I will say a prayer for your wife.

I'd like to thank everyone who responded with prayers or condolences. It's comforting knowing that so many rank strangers care enough to respond. That speaks of what the hunting community is about; good people with good hearts.

I'm going to miss my little Colorado girl, and Heaven knows how long it will take to begin moving on, but I'll love and cherish her and her memory until my time comes.

My wife of nearly 59 years lost her struggle with multiple medical problems and passed away early Saturday morning.

If so inclined, I'd appreciate any prayers for her soul. Living with and loving her as I have for so long has left me in a state of loss that is unimaginable but I'll just have to move on as well as is possible. I have our memories, and I guess in the end that's all there is. Thanks for your understanding.
