Anyone employed in the computer super guru world able to translate average joe language?

Have a new desktop and ran a CPU-Z validation.

I know very little related to hardware. Assembled a computer a few years ago for fun and it turned out great though I followed a YouTube computer guru's selection of items and basically followed his exact process.

I've no clue if this is normal and when I view the internet, the gurus are talking shop in guru+ language. I get lost following.

Basically, is the temp okay? The desktop is liquid cooled.
