Looking for someone with connections to municipal government MONTANA

I was just talking to a friend that is trying to get our Rocky Mountain Tree Climbing Championships in Montana this year. We have never had an event in Montana and have been trying for the last year to make it happen but are having trouble getting the permits approved. The chapter includes NM, CO, WY, and MT. If you have connections to city officials and have a park with mature trees please pm me. The competition would be in June or July of 2025. The individual city or town doesn’t necessarily matter if it has mature trees.

The event would host 30 -50 competitors and spectators for a Fri-Sun event.

Figured I would give it a shot. I’ll be there defending my title and trying to earn a trip to the international championships in NZ next fall!

Call local 44 out of butte we do a lineman rodeo every year and the tree trimmers do some stuff and compete also

Kalispell has a bunch of mature trees that the invaders who live there now have inherited……
