Looking for 2020 Utah/Oregon Elk Guide

I realize this is a DIY crowd but I have decided I want to hire a guide in Utah or Oregon for 2020. Dont care about a monster bull, just seeing elk. Horseback would be awesome but not required. Any suggestions? Thanks

Another Oregon consideration would be Sheep Mountain Outfitters. I've never used or met them, but I have a friend that has hunted with them a couple of times.

Deseret in Utah is at or near the top end.

They border my place on one side and own some of the best hunting ground in this area. Large elk herd . They graciously allowed and helped me hunt a cow elk 10 days ago. if I was going guided for a bull this is who I would use knowing what I know of them and their hunting area.
