I had a buddy from law school whose first job was as a deputy prosecutor for a small jurisdiction in Southern Indiana (late 90s). Homeboy smoked as much weed as anyone I ever knew. I asked him how he worked ANY weed cases at all. He just shrugged his shoulders. A couple years of trial experience and he went to the dark side where he belonged

I suppose it does , still close to home . His being arrested caused a mistrial for one of the atty's at the law firm my wife works , after he presented his case . Now the other side has weeks to prepare to answer . I guess there's going to be a bunch of mistrials .
