Leather Chest Rig For My Colt Python

I was shopping long and hard for that 329PD.....then I shot it and it's why I have the Python LOL.

I understand completely. One that is fast becoming my favorite is my new Colt Kodiak. It is simply outstanding.

So many wonderful options......

Damn you JR! After Gerald and I had close encounters of the grizzly kind bow hunting this fall, this thread is going to cost me some serious $$$

Get a Glock. mtmuley
A Glock 9mm is in my future for EDC, but haven’t decided on a firearm for bear country. All I know is bear spray and a bow felt inadequate! Ross can post up his rig. It’s probably where I would lean. But a Glock 10mm is def on short list. Open to pro’s con’s (which I know a quick search would provide). All that said, the recommendations for an American made chest rig are spot on. I will be sending biz their way regardless of the route I take with the handgun.

Btw….any experience out there with how the rigs ride with a bino harness and backpack on?

I'm figuring I'm not going to like it. I have my Glock20 for hunting situations where I have the bino harness. I ordered the Diamond D for my python with the intent to carry when out picking mushroom and I don't have binos.

I went Glock G20 10mm and a Kenai Gunfighter chest rig. All about function for my use. mtmuley

I still need to buy one of those 43X's like your dads. Popping milk jugs with it at 80yds with it was too much fun.
My dad got a 43X with a couple shield arms mags a while ago and I bought one almost immediately after shooting it. My favorite everyday gun.
