A buddy of mine was mayor of Lavina for a while about 20 years ago. Nice little town. Not much there now but a lot of history.

I heard the residents don't care for their neighbors getting chummy either.I've heard the residents don't care for non- residents moving in and getting chummy.
Well there is that too for certain.I heard the residents don't care for their neighbors getting chummy either.
Ten 10yrs ago finding needles and broken meth pipes at Broadview Pond skews my view of the area a little. I guess you can escape the city but you can’t escape the city problems.Well there is that too for certain.
Expect the stare down.
Quite the trans community in Lavinia. Can anyone tell a little about the area? Demographic, weather oddities, local history ect? Most likely flying Billings later this week to look at some properties to the west towards Bozeman, an area I am more familiar with. However something north near Lavina got my attention. Thinking of riding up to look at it.
Thank you in advance
Jimmy

You going to live there or just use the address?I am live and let live kind of person. What I am looking at isn’t in the town per se… it big enough that there isn’t any real neighbors.
He already used market forces and is using my second one.You going to live there or just use the address?
Surely he’s already considered Baker, yes?He already used market forces and is using my second one.

Had someone( nutcase) tell me..actually fervently argue with me, that Jordan was the next Bozeman.Surely he’s already considered Baker, yes?
Stuff, you know……..Use the address for what?

Think real estate shoots up when they lower rates? No plans for that. Mostly looking in the area because it’s fairly close to some other property my father and I purchased.
With interest rates being high it’s been a good time to buy.
