Last day to change or withdraw app

Today is the last day to modify or withdraw your elk app in Wyoming. Hoping a lot of guys withdraw to help my odds. Lol. 4.5 points in the general draw, I'm not holding my breath.

I wish that more states would allow you to modify or withdraw like WY. I withdrew my application this year after learning I drew a NM elk tag. Sure, I don’t get my money back until after the draw, but at least I do get it back and also keep my points….

I helped the odds and withdrew. Quota was cut in my preferred zone so only random was possible. Figured I’d keep accumulating points instead, which allowed me to put in for Utah, since I don’t want to risk drawing both in same year.
