Massachusetts Lt. Gov. Kerry Healey, officially speaking for Gov. Mitt Romney's administration, called Tuesday for Sen. John F. Kerry to resign from the Senate ... Healey said that Sen. Kerry has missed more votes the last two years than he has made. She stated that he missed 64% of last year's roll call votes and 87% of votes so far this year.
