To each their own I guess, but this press release feels off. A lever action Henry designed to add a muzzle break and a rail mounted light? I guess I am getting old, but feels like ya have to draw a line somewhere — this may be my line.

They have to do something to compete with the Marlin dark series. Marlin can't keep up with demand for the tacticool lever guns. My buddy got one in 30-30, and it is pretty nice to shoot with the suppressor.

For a brief moment I started to drool while thinking about squirrel hunting with a lever action 410.....and then looked at prices and decided I don't need a gun that costs 4 times as much as the dog finding the squirrels.
They dont Make em anymore I don't think but look up the Winchester 9410. Fun little 410 lever action I dont know what they bring now but I paid a LOT less 15 years ago for mine. It's a much more handsome rifle than the wanna be terminator Henry to boot.

I agree. They seem strange to me. But they’ll sell some I’m sure. Henry’s seem to be well built rifles from what have seen.

Not my cup of tea but then my favorite duck-hunting shotgun was a semi-auto which had fiberglass in the barrel and no gas valves. Winchester Model 59. I like lever action guns but never owned one other than a .22 when was a high-schooler.
