Jimmy, Jerry or Jury, I don't care who rigged it. We have sh*t our wives and kids do, I think it's time for an ode to Jimmy!

Shout out to my neighbor who "fixed" this pothole in front of the house last spring with a floor mat. Still holding strong a year later. It only needed some slight readjusting and it's good for another year! 🫡

This rifle came to me this way. Older “flatback” Savage 110. Rear scope base was for a round receiver so it sat lower than it was supposed to. They drilled an additional mounting hole in the base and then since the scope didn’t sit well in the rings, shimmed the heck out of it with shims from a White Claw. Bought it for the action so I never even shot it, but I’m guessing it went down the road cuz it wouldn’t shoot. Ha! I regret not shooting it with the correct scope mounts for this rifle.
