I didn't draw second choice elk or antelope tags. Put in for points as first choice for both. Time for the reissue/return/leftover tag game.

Between my kids and I, we didn't do as well as we typically do. Managed to pull a couple tags I'm excited about, but I'm thinking the changes to the NW part of the state changed many folks' app strategy. Point creep hit us hard considering we had one antlerless tag that was 100%@0pt in 2023 and it jumped to 11%@1pt.
Fortunately, we can still hunt OTC and look at leftovers since we didn't draw. A big reason why I'm an advocate for OTC (archery and rifle) remaining as an option residents. Without OTC there'd be a good chance my kids would be sitting on their butts at home this season.
