I am confused

From where I come from Gay means happy. But I overheard a conversation that Gay meant Homo in certain circles.

Now I have seen you all talk about Gay Bass, I hope you mean little happy trout and not Queer Fish, as I don't even want to handle them if they are doing nasties.

And all this talk about Male lesbians, and gay this and gay that, does this mean I have accidently stumbled into one of those.... hmm how do I put this delicatley .. Fag sites?
