I got it done to me to quit smoking.

I know the day after I got hypnotized I fired a inspector, funny thing I didnt work for the company I fired this guy from.
I got tired of having parts rejected for being bad when they were good and having to go and resubit them( the tolorance was so wide open a hack saw and tape measure would have made the parts correct) so I walked into the customers inspection dept. filled with there customer the owner and 2 inspectors. This freaking moron telling his boss and his customer that the parts are wrong and bad. I was nice once and told him he is checking it wrong. His boss agreed, then the guy said no thats wrong. So I told him he was fired and to get the hell out of this shop before I kicked his ass, he left and packed up. the owner and boss just stared at me. I grabbed the other inspector and said check these parts, he said "its about time someone had the balls to fire the idiot even if you dont work there". After that I got a phone call from both the owner and there customer increasing the order and thanking me for solveing the probelm LOL
True story
Funny thing I built these part for 3 years prior and then this inspector started working there and we had nothing but problems. we are not talking about 100-200 parts we were talking 10,00-50,000 parts per order.
heres the other kicker.
Danr55 got me the job and was the first inspector of these parts we had no problems him and I actually changed the design of them. after he went back to boeing over the years I made improvements on the design and built all the fixtures for assembly
Dan remember those little battery terminals for boeing from acme? shit that was like 15 years ago.
