I've been sitting here the past couple days and been watchin the OLN network. I have to wonder how half these loosers get on TV. Hours and hours of guys sitting in blinds and treestands waiting for the mystical whitty to come into their food plot! Wow thats EXCITING!!!!! These guys are a joke and that ain't hunttin ( ooops I forgot real tree guys might be reading this)

But seriously how many shows can they actually do on shooting whittys? How about the taxidermists guy....wow what a lisp! These guys are only good for a laugh! Thats why I think Moosie should go Hollywood

It would be a great show.....probably not real educational ( unless you want to know how to bag a spike )

But it would be great for a laugh!!!.....Maybe at the end of the season you could have a .....Hunttalk vs Realtree.....in a mud wrestling showdown!!

I agree with you beardown, I live in Missouri so all I have to hunt is whitetail. I also own 100 acres which around here is average or alittle above. Right now I have 15 of that 100 in food plot. None of the stands I have are within sight of those food plots. I have sat around them but nothing comes out till after dark. There are occasions where there will be does and yearlings out there,but the bucks never show themselves in those plots. Those T.V. shows are all B.S. I hunt some areas with good buck to doe ratios with alot of older bucks in the herd, and the deer I hunt are nothing like what you see on T.V. They act totally differant. just my .02

It depends on the show. Sometimes these guys go to places like Iowa and really hunt. You see the guys that kill but they dont show footage of the guys who dont kill after sitting fot 5-7 days on end.
Some of the shows on OLN are a joke and all they do is hunt high fence hunts. I dont know how many times i seen them deer hunting with no orange and useing a rifle, that has game farm all over it.
Now Bass fishing..... thats as boring as watching Golf!!! its so refreshing to see a fishing show that the dude catches a laker or pike for a change!!
How many times can you watch Roland Martin fish for the same glorified green carp over and over again!!

I'm Guessing I could get Greenhorn to Be my Co-hunter and he could crap in my shoes ever now and then as we're packing out a 6 point bull.

My humor on films are toned down already because my boy really enjoys wathcing "DAD" on TV, so I'm used to not Cussing (much) but still shooting stuff and Plenty of Wise Cracks

If you want to have a good show you need to be unique. You need heavy weaponry. You need me and my gerbil cannon. I guarantee you that if we shoot a moose with a gerbil going 2800 fps people will talk. This show would have a hugr "buzz" factor. Unfortuanately some whinny little shit would start complaining about ethics and how we give "true" hunters a bad name. But it would be fun

Beardown, this last week I've watched about 20hrs of video. I've been time coding and making notes on the good pieces of video. Hopefully there will be a new video or two this summer. Also the guy's down here have been throwing around the idea of a possible TV show (nothing in stone). The turkey and whitetail get old, so do the dink bulls.

LMAO.....Great videos now thats entertainment,I'm sure the show would be a hit!!!......I was thinking you could use Hunttalk members video to. I already have one of AZ402 in mind, the cometary could go somthin like this......Were hunting the elusive javalina today in the foothills of Prescott Valley. We'll be using the drive and spot technique....Today Stan ( the world famous homosexual and bull killer ) is about to make this more challenging purely for the sport....He will stalk some pigs we have spotted using an ancient borrowed bow....We are about 300 yards away and Fagboy has started his stalk .....Not to spooke the half blind javalina Fagboy has started crawling to his destination....Well after 100 yards of crawling Stan decides to use a technique only discovered by him in one of the many Gay bars he frequents...its called the Duck Walk...many men have tried this technique but few have mastered this the way our misunderstood freind has....he's almost there now wait is that the great beardown moving in , trying to push them right at FagBoy, yes he does it and Stan draws back ...Oh NO ...He misses and almost shoots beardown.....WOW what an exciting hunt!!!!! What do you think ? Sounds like an Emmy winning program to me
